Heading up an organisation can be lonely and sometimes feel like steering a ship blind. The Mini MBA not only helps you set a course for your nonprofit, not only provides resources, templates, and direction, but also builds a network of support, peer guidance and much-needed humour (from people who understand the challenges of high level nonprofit management and governance). It certainly made me feel more strategic, focused and connected.
