I am passionate about building healthy, long-lasting organisations that make a real difference to people's lives.

I founded my first charity from my kitchen table in 2005, in response to the needs of refugees arriving in our city. During that time, we launched a café, a language school, and numerous enterprise projects. This led to my colleague and me launching a national charity to help refugees in 2015, replicating our learning across the UK.
